I'd call it possible. Going after a helicopter with a fast drone is something I think the Israelis could manage. They'd need some sort of overwatch though, I don't know what their stealth capabilities are. (US intel?) They'd also have needed prior intelligence on the route the President would take. It looks like the chopper went down in an uninhabited area considering they're still searching for the crash site.
