I said this yesterday when people were posting about it. Flares themselves don't cause outages. It's the CMEs that would be causing the outages if any and they wouldn't have had time to get here yet. Now the story is evolving into cyberattacks. The lead in to the "cyber pandemic". AT&T claiming it was a "technical" issue. Yeah OK... And it just so happens that other carriers and pharmacies are having "technical issues" at the exact same time. C'mon man...
