The Federal government has no authority over me or anyone. So yeah, send me my fine. That will also go in the trash. I do not recognize the federal government as an authority.

I disagree. The US Census was authorized by the Constitution, and is an important part of governing the nation.

On the other hand, the census was created in order to count the number of people living in different areas. Do what I do; put down the number of people living at that address, and leave the rest blank.

The constitution defines my rights and the limitations of the federal government. It does not "require me to take a census. I'll do what I do and throw it in the trash.
