Wow. He's admitting that he's easily manipulated by mind control. People under mind control don't know they're under mind control. He may have an inner dialog, but has been controlled to ignore it. I've often thought the idea to meditate to stop the "noise" was stupid. I tried it a few times and decided to embrace the noise. It's there and seems to serve a purpose.
