Isn't that a form of mad cow disease (bovine spongiform encephalitis)? Unfortunately humans get cruetzfeld jacob disease from eating cow brains (think cannibal afronigs) infected by this stuff.

Theory is the jab actually accelerates cjd but I believe it's anecdotal.

Hunters shouldn't harvest deer that look or act unhealthy.
