It will help immensely, gives you structure, discipline, routine and positive outcomes for mind, body and overall wellbeing.

Feeling strong and fit is amazing, endorphins feel fantastic. Plus it is legit the fountain of youth, cardio 20-30 min 3 x a week, plus weights 2-3 x a week depending on your program.

As an added bonus, you look good naked which is always nice. Ladies love that.

Even better! Then you can start setting some goals to achieve, 200/250/300lb squat/bench/deadlift, number of wide grip chins etc. make it interesting. You can look up your weight for age classifications online and see what advanced lift targets are to give you some targets to hit.
