When funds allow, procure a single cast iron 35 lb kettlebell. Portable, sinister and the best bang for your get-yer-grrr-on buck out there. Plus, mastering the moves is a worthy pursuit that will take you through multiple planes of motion. Add a single resistance band to the kit to up your body weight/calisthenics game. No gym membership required.
