It's just more likely that his satellites are shit and not hardened against normal space weather activity. The other older and better built satellites are not dying under the same conditions as the StarLink garbage sats. If they too were getting wiped out then perhaps your theory might hold water, but since they are not, it's just down to the robustness of using hardened electronic components and better designs that are less susceptible to space weather.
