To look at things justly, there were windows broken and other crimes happening that day that should be answered for although the candy in the desk is for everyone. In this light should we go back and micro examine the race riots and imprison every identifiable criminal to the same extent? Should we pardon people from both groups equally? I suspect some of those imprisoned for questionably criminal events on Jan 6 will be exalted to positions of political authority shortly after their release.
