I just checked and in the last 24 hours we've had arrests in Virginia, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina and maybe Tennessee. All seemingly unrelated and none involving pepper spray.

If this is the guy they had video of him using pepper spray and his posts on facebook after the fact. Why wait 30 months. It's almost like they're just prolonging this to drag it into election season.
