Must've missed it all, what exactly was wrong with the baby requiring it to be taken from the Mother and into hospital care. .

The baby was dehydrated and vomiting so they took him to ER. They were waiting for the doctors to discharge the baby. Instead they admitted him into the hospital for a few days. He was released and the doctors called cps.
