Yep, he's there every day in the same vehicle. He stops in front of her house, every day. He's definitely stalking her. She thinks everything is always all about her. She must be off her meds, again...

He should file a restraining order against her, make her drive to the post office to get her mail.

speaking from personal experience, it's near impossible to get a restraining order against a woman. Hell, even if you get a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against a woman, good luck having it enforced.

Good point. The postman can however, at his discretion, refuse to deliver mail to hostle residences.
