I was in Punxsutawney over the weekend. There are two skill games locations there all of a sudden. I suspect more are on the way.

I remember when the first casino opened, it took YEARS to get that deal through, and they had to promise to use the money to benefit citizens. Now you can gamble anywhere, and what the FUCK are they doing with the income?

If it's anything like the Ohio Lottery, it goes to "schools" and other public benefit works.
Except that, AFAIK, it does go to the schools but didn't supplement money already going to the schools. It replaced it.
