Once you see those skill machines invading the local convenience stores, you know demographics have changed for the worse.
They're all over the place. Smokes and Skill games. Standalone skill games. I think the PA lottery even has an account you can deposit money in and buy lottery tickets from.

I was in Punxsutawney over the weekend. There are two skill games locations there all of a sudden. I suspect more are on the way.
They have them here in Ohio, but they don't seem to be catching on. I believe some municipalities have outlawed them already.
