Caffeine is gas on a fire. I have 1/2 a cup a day of coffee. Caffeine pills? You crazy guy 🤪

Usually I have one small coffee to start and a large one for the road. A cup is about 95 milligrams. Jet alert is 200. Been taking 2 plus coffee.
