Rounds are not coins. In general, they are directly comparable as their only value is their weight and metal. It's coins which gets more complicated. While there are exceptions for rounds (collectibles exist in rounds), generally the only thing you should care about is how much you pay per round relative to the value of its metal.
Collectibles are exactly what the Texas rounds you used in your comparison are. Also, go fuck yourself if you think you can tell anyone at all what they should care about.
