We already have permits and licenses and they still do it... I agree on many of the restrictions we have in place, but I do not agree with having to buy an "All species" fishing license just to take your kids to a lake somewhere. Permits should only be required for special circumstances and species.

If those guys had known who was really calling the shots and running the US back then, they never would have gotten into those Higgins boats. And the whole of Europe would have been better off for it.
