We already have permits and licenses and they still do it... I agree on many of the restrictions we have in place, but I do not agree with having to buy an "All species" fishing license just to take your kids to a lake somewhere. Permits should only be required for special circumstances and species.

I agree. Who is gonna complain if I empty the Missouri River of carp? No one. If I did that, I would be declared hero. Legally I am required to get a license, but the bag limit for this pest fist is 100 a day.
