When I've had enough, I watch toddler videos (usually with animals) and tumbling videos.
We live in rather small area of existence I call "controlled space". There is a huge loving Universe out there filled to the brim with helpful beings, but in controlled space there is little but misinformation, confusion and suffering - all by design. I don't know why this "controlled space" is allowed to exist. I don't know why we're here.
I'd suggest (along with many others) not to head to the tunnel of light upon death, but instead head in another direction. Do not let them download your memories (called a "life review"). There trick is to confuse you upon death with a form of blissful ecstacy which you will mistake for love. Head away from the tunnel of light all the while affirming that you want to be reunited with your soul family outside of "controlled space".
Work on achieving an unbreakable state of equanimity. Break free of the false web (or matrix) simply by engaging with it as little as possible all the while knowing that it is all false.
Regarding the illness in your family members begin searching through alternative treatment methods. Your family members will never be cured from cancer or autism using Western medicine. At best you will get a reprieve of a few years using western methods. Personally, I wouldn't trust anyone who approaches you with a syringe, a sharp knife (a scalpel) and incredibly strong drugs that include pages of known side effects. But that's just me.
