not when police arrest you afterword. if you wave your finger around you should be considered to have shed your lawful protection of violence against you. and its too bad because its how "white" people deal with each other sometimes. sometimes a push, or a scuffle or when a lesson needs to be taught. or when underhanded need to be dealt with. it might sound brutal but compared to our ethnic counterparts we seem the least severe.
