People never understand trees are carbon neutral. They absorb CO2 when growing but release the same CO2 when they burn or die.
If you use a forced combustion wood stove to heat your house it’s carbon neutral and doesn’t make soot. CO2 isn’t bad, it is necessary for plants to grow, reduce it and all world crops produce less. Now pollution, of actual nasty chemicals, that’s read bad and the whole world needs to use way less chemicals.
CO2 isn't bad any more than water is bad. Both are necessary for life. Try filling up the atmosphere with water and see how good for life it is, though. I think Noah could clue you in.
The first time I heard the whole "rising CO2 is bad!" I snorted and glanced over at my planted fish tank with a "CO2 generator" attached to it. CO2 is great for plants. Plants are good for everything else. But now they are changing CO2 to just "carbon" which is even dumber.
Nobody says CO2 is "bad" by itself. CO2 absorbs infrared. It's like blacktop in the sun.
