Some of these elementary niggers are 12 or older because they are too stupid to pass. When my daughter attended elementary in New Orleans there were 4th and 5th graders pregnant.
Negroes mature much faster than Whites. They walk and develop hand/eye coordination much earlier. They begin displaying sexual and violent behavior as young as 11 or 12. They also have a shorter life expectancy, put less energy into caring for their young, have lower IQs, are are more impulsive and violent.
They really should be schooled separately from Whites. White kids are going to be at extreme risk from nigger physical/sexual violence from ages 10+. This is because the negro students will be much larger, aggressive, and sexually mature. They evolved under different circumstances than Whites and are socially incompatible.

Most people won't believe that fact but it is completely a true case. Niggers start mating behaviors when they are single digit age. If they reproduce the offspring is raised as a "sister" or by the grandmother.
