People won't respond to your temp account. That's how social media works. You try to go on there with a fake name and number, and most likely no profile pic, you will get ignored. It's best to just find someone (you trust) that has a facebook account (lol) that can do the messaging for you.

It's still going to be a blank profile. No posts and no friends is a red flag to facebook sheep. If you don't have your full life on display they don't trust you.

Facebook provides a handy "find friends" button. Friend request everyone on the list and after a couple days you'll have 500 facebook friends. Slap on an ai portrait, make a few posts, and bam legit-looking account

they have their phone number attached to the items in market place but you have to log in to see the number

If you go to the website, especially if you create an account, they put a tracking cookie on all your devices and spy on you. A former employee also just said that Facebook intentionally runs down your battery. For whatever reason I am inside. You would be better off, in all honesty, if you just get a friend that already has it to just contact them as you to set up the meet.

Facebook is not a program, it's a website. You can download a program that let's you access it instead of using your browser. It started only as a website, the program came later.

If already got a phone some cell providers charge less than $10 to start a number.
