Asbestos is a great insulator tho… unsafe of course

Asbestos is the only thing in the pack I don't agree with.

Asbestos is 100% safe as long as you are properly prepared to work with it. The only thing dangerous about asbestos is the particulate size. I also debate claims that asbestos causes cancer. If you inhale any particulate long enough it can give you cancer. Asbestos is not special in that regard.

Fiberglass insulation is way worse for your lungs, can cause cancer, and is more widely used than asbestos ever was. Spray foam insulation if not done 100% correctly will continue to do a chemical reaction for months, even years sometimes. That gas can seep into your house and cause cancer. And it's more widely used than asbestos was.

Asbestos is dangerous if handled incorrectly. But the hype that surrounds it came from lawyers. Do a search for it now and you'll see a bunch of lawyers complaining that they have to "prove" asbestos cases now. They can't just simply present them and win like they did in the early 90s. The presence of asbestos alone is not evidence that asbestos causes cancer. Doctors have no way to prove a person got cancer from asbestos. The only exception would be "long-term" exposure. And like I said long-term exposure to particulate of any kind can cause cancer/lung disease/s.

You know all those White homes in photos of Greek islands and stuff? All of it is Asbestos. I don't believe the "Asbestos causes cancer" shit either.
