THIS is the 'obama plan' from the start. blacks commit 80% of ALL crime and Now can not be punished or even questioned. Retail will fold under the loss and there is no other outcome possible.

I mean, this is an issue for any retail establishment really. But if Walmart wants to bear the brunt of it, I'm fine with that. Whatever makes them look worse than they already do, and makes people shop other places.

Take away consequences for commiting crimes, and this is what you get. The nigger shoplifters need to go to jail. That's what will solve the problem. First, everyone needs to say together, "It's the niggers who are doing the shoplifting." Then, the criminal justice system needs to start putting the black offenders behind bars. Do that, problem solved.
