I have a headache

I took one of those Rhino erection pills and I've had a headache for a few days now. Drinking lots of water. Not dehydrated. Pee is pretty much clear, colorless.

Took a few Tylenol, no impact.

Too much water can be as bad as too little. You don't want to get into hyponatremia territory.
