Hold on, let me just setup a camera to record me while I sleep and get some kind of device to monitor my brain waves while I sleep, and then check what times I was dreaming and match the time on the video recording to confirm what positions I was in.
Honestly, do you think people know what positions they're in when they're sleeping? The best anybody can say without being monitored by someone or something else is to tell you what position they fall asleep in and what position they wake up in.
I dunno, I’ve found when I startle awake from a deep dream I’m sleeping on my back. Reason I posted the poll is I’ve found with “Pavloving” myself with a specific alarm I can launch into semi-lucid, kinda feverish dreams, but only sleeping on my right side. Never on my stomach or left side.
