Tbf, dude probably lives on a diet of store brought goy slop/ fast food. High fat/ high sugar/ high fructose corn syrup with a gabillion additives and preservatives.

Good point. Stress eats away at everyone in different ways. As for me, stress makes me work harder in the gym.

I have gained 30 lbs of muscle in the last 6 weeks, but I cheat 1x a year during cycling routines. Everything instilled in me was based on most professional bodybuilders saying that bodies are built 80% in the kitchen, 15% in the gym, and 5% through gear. The kitchen thing really got to me, and it's been over 2 decades since I read that.

Yes, chronic ongoing stress in many ways is as bad as an actual unhealthy/ high risk lifestyle.

I cut out all goy slop/ take aways, refined sugar fizz, candy chocolate etc at the beginning of the globohomo lockdowns. Only eat organic grass feed meats and butters, use pure dripping, organic green tea and loads of filtered iced water etc, very little processed dairy. Take a daily regime of supplements/ vitamins, essential minerals etc.

Lost 26 pounds since 2020. Don't even exercise other than daily sit-ups/ crunches/ and stretching/ Blood pressure has dropped and stabilized. Dropped 4 different types of daily joo pharmaceuticals (DR hates me fck him).

Fck the (purposely) unhealthy Western goy diet.

Glad to hear it, mate. 26 pound loss is a major milestone in your journey & I get very happy when hearing stories of that nature. Pain is just weakness leaving the body & I understand how easy it is to become comfortable and live a sedentary lifestyle.

You on the other hand have decided to be proactive in your self improvement which shows a strength of character that is not seen by many as it stems from first being able to perform an introspection on one self. As meaningless as it may seem since I am merely a character on the internet, I am extremely proud of you in steps you have taken to improve yourself and the lives around you. Godspeed, mate.
