This is going to the niggers that registered for a full load, got their pell grant, dropped their courses, kept the cash portion that was given to them and were never heard of again, i saw this happen countless times when i was forced to pay out of pocket for community class courses because i couldn't afford University classes. Joe Biden just basically wiped all that clean cause i needz muh niggah vote in 2022 Sheeeeeit !!
