- The persecution of Alex Jones had nothing to do with Sandy Hook.
- The trial had one purpose only -- to silence Jones.
- It was the most blatantly unjust example of a show trial ever witnessed in the US.
- The jury was selected to be hostile to Jones.
- The radical liberal judge was hostile to Jones before the trial even started.
- The corporate media coverage was totally negative and biased.
- Jones was declared guilty by the judge before the trial even started.
- Jones was given no chance of any kind to defend himself.
- Jones never once spoke the names of the plaintiffs prior to the trial.
- You can't defame someone without specifically identifying them.
- There was no injury committed by Jones against the plaintiffs.
