They closed San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, and I think Diablo Canyon. No nukes in calif. There was a plan for (4) de-sal plants, but another Poaler said that was off the books. Does Nestle still pull water out of Calif. for bottling on a 229.00 doller permit?
