They'll need to engage in a lot of fraud to declare such water safe. They can deal with waste products no problem, but what happens to chemicals and hormones like estrogens? I don't think they can be filtered out without it being prohibitively expensive.
I guess they'll kill two birds with one stone: Recycle water while at the same time administer "girl juice" to any remaining men.
