I pretty much eat close to the opposite, primary fat is lard. Blood work shows me getting younger, now roughly half the age I am. A friend made a bet, so I got blood work every two years to show it.
Eat like your great grandparents did, cut everything more modern. Live long, feel good.
Agreed. I've cut out fast food and all processed food. Barely anything in a can ever. All foods straight from the field. It's amazing how that changes everything.
I fully expect to outlive all my younger siblings with the way they eat.
