Stop. Eating. Sugar. (and Starch).
Adkins was right. The keto people are right. You cut out excess carbs and you'll be shocked how much better you'll feel, how much muscle you can build (from the same workouts) and how much weight you'll lose.
Keeping under 50g of Sugar/Starch per day is the most impactful thing you can do to your health.
Under 50g total carbs, or 20g net carbs. Sugar and starches are net carbs, so under 20.
