honestly if you are in someplace like toronto that is a very real look at what canadians in metropolitian areas look like. unfortunately it also happens to be the places with the largest populations so when SHTF its going to be these minorities spilling into rural areas looking for food because they voted for the retards that were anti civilization
They will hunker down in the cities, waiting for someone to rescue them. In a few days, they will be too weak to go anywhere.
Good observation. The preppers in the cities will make the same mistake. You cant prep in the city and if you bugout it has to be super early and you better have a rural hide away already setup which is unrealistic because getting a rural property ready is constant work. I thought about it a good bit before i made the decision to leave the city.

canada is nowhere near as fat as much of the states even in cities. i honestly cannot remember the last time i saw a mobility scooter
