The fucking banking system is down. ATM's - down. 911 emergency - down. Half the nation's telephones - down. My guess is Russian hackers. Or a disgruntled insider, Or WEF treason action, Or act of God - like lightning taking down the Georgia guide stones. They don't even know what's wrong. How can they not know what's wrong? Turn it off and back on again - it's not rocket science - it's computer science. Reboot already, and take it step by step.
