From what I've read elsewhere, not linking to the pos rag, the writer had contacted the police and they were already well aware of his posts about the event and even stated that he didn't break any law in the jurisdiction. It sounds like this was pushed hard and heavy then by the feds to arrest him.

Ooof. Wrong speech and wrong think. Impossibility high bail, versus no bail for actual criminals and murderers.
