The British did so much good for India, the harm they did is microscopic by comparison. The best thing that happened to India in a thousand years was having the good fortune to be ruled by Englishmen. Many Hindus understand this. They don't all hate the British. It was the Brits that took the yoke of Mohammed off their necks.
