I live in one of the supposed not white enough counties. I am quite sure your data is a bit flawed. My wife did the census here and a lot of whiter than white motherfuckers were like " yeah, I'm native. something like six generations back in the family tree someone had relations with an Indian." and other such fuckery. So, yeah. A significant portion of whites here like to fuck with the gooberments numbers. I see the same four black people about once every few months and the same seven Mexicans every month or so. The county is sparsely populated and there is only two towns with a population over 1,000. Out of the ~13,000 people in the county I'd be surprised if more than 100 were nonwhite.
