overcooked vegetables are worthless, and its formula not baby food. You know before they eat solid food which is way to early for them to these days. People brag about how soon their baby eats solid food, they arent supposed to that early. I made formula for my son three years. Think 28 now and never had a cavity and you could probably break a 2x4 over his shin bones.
