Yeah, it's part of SOJTF. Think of it as the Army Airborne Spec Ops Group. (https://www.soc.mil/USASFC/HQ.html). They have a job to do.

The real deal is USISA, the Army of Northern Virginia AKA Cemetery Wind or simply "The Activity" based in Ft. Belvoir, VA. It's a group of about 800 JSOC pipe hitters comprised of 1st Army SFOD-D (Delta), DEVGRU (formerly Seal T6) and 24th STS (Air Force Special Tactics Squadron). These are the premier Tier 1 Special Missions Units. Backing them up are a ton of booger eaters (cyber intel nerds).
