Wrong. Arkansas is the only state that has actual "laws" against it. And there is no federal law against it. The jews made it so burglars and thieves can sue a homeowner for injuries.
Go shill elsewhere

Above is random link. But I found no end of lawyers stating they are illegal. But they generally don't cite specific laws. The article cites a specific case. Which I believe means, generally, an explicit law doesn't exist because it's covered by other aspects of preexisting tort and criminal law.
For example, if you kill someone with a trap, it's murder or manslaughter. A common aspect in force justification is proportionality. As such, I expect the specific charges would vary with the location and specifics of the trap and injury.
That's because there are no specific laws. Except Arkansas
That may be, but that is not the same as saying it's not illegal.
Ant fucking retarded search will show you can't booby trap with something that can cause injury.
Go fuck your self
Flash bangs disorientate and scare; they do not cause injury.
Its explosive. Ffs do I really need to explain that
go fuck a shelf.
Go fuck a duck
Found boobytrap laws in..
Oklahoma:: https://law.justia.com/codes/oklahoma/2014/title-21/section-21-649.2/
California: https://www.calcriminaldefenselawyers.com/pc20110-booby-trap-crimes-law-punishment-defense
And I gave up. It's an obscure law so it takes a long time to find all sources. But you get the idea They are not always called "boobytraps" in the law books. Some are worded "device" and it requires context of the law to understand which law to look up. Unless a lawyer or other author has written and cited the specific law, it will be difficult to find by state.
No law overrides your right to defend yourself. You can believe what you want.
Defending yourself is not the same as defending your property. This is where you deviate and where I think people are getting buttmad while talking to you.
Florida and California are the only two you listed that are laws.
Oklahoma was about police dogs
2014 Oklahoma Statutes Title 21. Crimes and Punishments §21-649.2. Killing, disfiguring, disabling, and other acts committed against a
police dog or horse- Penalties - Restitution - Exceptions.
Texas isn't even close. statutes, codes, and regulations are not laws. Just because a jew says it is doesn't make it so.
Section 9.44 - Use Of Device To Protect Property The justification afforded by Sections 9.41 and 9.43 applies to the use of a device to protect land or tangible, movable property if:
(1) the device is not designed to cause, or known by the actor to create a substantial risk of causing, death or serious bodily injury; and (2)
use of the device is reasonable under all the circumstances as the actor reasonably believes them to be when he installs the device.
Keep shilling. I and every other American have every right to defend ourselves and our property in any way necessary.
Are you trolling?
It's right there in the Oklahoma law:
A. No person shall willfully kill; beat; torture; injure so as to disfigure or disable; administer poison to; set a booby trap device for the purpose of injury so as to disfigure, disable or kill;
Re: Texas - all penal codes are laws. WTF are you smoking?
Keep shilling. I and every other American have every right to defend ourselves
You have a right to defend yourself if you are immanent threat of physical danger as well as your family. Up to and including lethal force. Some states, force has to be met with like, you cannot just outright shoot someone dead for threatening to slap on you on the street, for example.
our property in any way necessary.
And this is where you're wrong. You do not have a right to defend your property with deadly force using boobytraps. Fact. Your ass WILL go to prison.
No enough of your outright lying and retardedness.
You were wrong, deal with it. I don't want to a person who ignores content in a law to pretend to be right. You had to do that on purpose. Very very suspicious. American thinker? More like foreign threat actor.
