Canada has lots of oil. In the Mid-West Canada has the tar sands. The oil is treated to make it more easily transportable, then sent to Texas for further refining. It's a lot of money. The industry is trying to build this new pipeline, from Canada to Texas, to reduce the transportation costs of all this oil. Warren Buffet, the billionaire, financed Obama for President. Warren then bought the Burlington Northern railway. Obama blocked the pipeline, so all of that oil has to be shipped down on Warren's new railroad. Warren makes billions and billions of dollars - and you pay more at the pump for the privilege. Trump gets in, and he isn't owned by Warren, so Trump says the pipeline can proceed. Warren still makes money because the pipeline is not operational yet - it's unfinished. Biden gets in, the pipeline is nearly finished, and he kills the project - I think on his first day in office, but I'm not sure about that. Warren still owns that railroad.
