The tendency to demonize anyone not in line with the current narrative.
It's scary to find that it's this easy to scare the majority of your fellow countrymen into asking for stricter measures for 'The greater good'.
Not just a WuFlu thing either. They're shitting their pants for fear of changing weather. They are conditioned to think it's sacrilege to doubt immigration (invasion) policy. Don't even get me started on education :/
It needs to be smashed into the skulls of these people: Stay far away from the lying media. If you can't have trustworthy sources of information, you're better off not having any. A functioning 4th estate would make for a well informed populace. But alas...
Default to Distrust when dealing with strangers, like media and government.
Trust those who you have looked in the eye, had a conversation and a beer.
