I thought this was just niggers being niggers, but you've convinced me. The fact check did actually prove it lol.

That and I looked back over it and chris rock is bracing for the slap far too early. It looks like pro wrestling - he was feeding him - he's standing there with his hands pinned down leaning towards him with his chin tucked. He knows it's coming and he's feeding him to get a nice clean sound. They clearly practiced it.
