On the surface, they've stopped doing business in Russia. I suspect if you dig a little deeper, you'll find shell companies operating what was the parent's outlet.

Kind of like what Tandy and InterTAN were back in the day.

Their argument would be that the sanctions, export bans, currency collapse, etc. would make it unprofitable to conduct business in RUS and they are protecting the bottom line better by simply closing.

Woke bolshevism trumps corporate profit since the whole point is to destroy us. Small businesses and local industries have been killed off. Globohomo doesn't care if their cApItAlIsM gOnE bAd corporations now close. The taxpayer will continue to bail out the company store.
