appears from the laundry line above that it's a person laying on the ground filming a bottle rocket with a soundtrack to make you think it's overseas missile. Look at the crossed lined item at the beginning, it's not a telephone pole but an old clothesline for drying your clothes in the back yard, this could be any non city setting for this video, not believing it for a moment, we had one of those years ago is how I recognize it since the thing was so old it was ready to collapse when we cut it down so kids didn't hurt themselves.
bottle rocket
Plausible but that is traveling WAYYYYYYYYY faster than a bottle rocket. Again could be sped up in editing...
OK near a base shooting regular even slow missiles since the laundry line to someone thinking it was huge overhead powerline tower would think the missile was moving as something of equally large size, optical illusion with the small clothesline to the unaware would make anything behind it appear to move 100x it's actual speed across a low horizon area like just a back yard not a town size but a few hundred feet or yards in distance. It's hard to judge without the proper math that I don't know the formula to use but if it's just a 100ft then the thing was not that fast if a town like miles then it was but it seems to stay the same size or close so not that far since it would fade and shrink even if fast, if super fast the camera would not turn fast enough to keep it focused or locked on visually.
