Kind if hard to have global warming when Hudson's Bay is still frozen, as it has been every year, on March 22nd.

How can we possibly check such a thing you might ask?

Well, I'm glad you did, we can check with the Canadian Ice Service and see if Hudson's Bay is in fact still frozen.

As of right now, Hudson's Bay is STILL FROZEN.

And, hot off the presses, the Latest Ice Conditions:

https://www.canada.ca/en/environment-climate-change/services/ice-forecasts-observations/latest-conditions.html

Even parts of the Great Lakes are still frozen.

Remember, I was promised palm trees by now. No sign of that around here.

"Oh no - the world is getting warmer - whatever will we do?"

"Let's tax carbon."

Except - Hudson's Bay is STILL FUCKING FROZEN.

Only 8 more days 'til Hudson's Bay is Still Frozen Day.

I would like to go to the Hudson Bay, I hear the gravity is lower there.

That's because the gravity is also still frozen.

Please forgive my ignorance as this is the first time I've heard of this.

But I really like it.

Here are some questions though: Is all of Hudson's Bay frozen? Like, to the very center? And is the ice always as thick as it ever has been?

I am NOT a 'global warming' or 'climate change' homo, but these are the kinds of questions those assholes will ask if I bring this up (I live in a very liberal area and like to rile up the residents). I want to be ready with answers to shut them the fuck down.

I know that the ice service actually does go out and inspects the ice, and they differentiate between new ice, and older multi year ice.

Hudson Bay thaws out every year, so all of the ice that is there now is 1st year ice. As to how deep it goes, I don't know if they measure that or not.
