This is why twenty years of muh inflation buy muh gold has seen little gold price movement.
Crypto individually cannot be inflated. Though they are inflating the crypto market through new currencies.
Oh and admit that crypto can be bought and sold without trade losses

I'm solidly with Peter Schiff on this. And as you may know Schiff and his kid are at loggerheads over bitcoin.
My kid loves bitcoin as well. And it's a great concept, to free yourselves from the system. But it's not gold and gold is the only real wealth asset. Gold is for wealth preservation.
It is God's money and has been valued as wealth for centuries and that will never change.
Why not at least have some gold, maybe also some silver?

Gold isn't a wealth asset. As I said.
Very little use among people.
It's no longer rare.
And it can easily be seized. Large heavy and detectable.
Crypto is stealthy.
But we both face the same issues. The enemy is looking for ways to destroy wealth storing. With gold they have succeeded. Crypto has been hammered by Whales and bait currencies but proving extremely resilient.
