Up to 2010s - children in russian schools were learning english as the main foreign language. Now they start to learn Mandarin as well. Russians never gave a shit about chinese language before.
Russia, under Putin, becomes resources colony of China. So strong china will eat australia first and then move across Pacific.
Soon, american children will start learning chinese too.
